Refunds & Returns
Returned Items: If you change your mind or your order is not quite right, you may return full priced items to us within 7 days of the date you received it. You must contact us with your name and order number before returning any items. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Items returned must be in the condition it was purchased, with all tags and garment labelling attached and unworn/-un-used in a condition suitable for resale.
For sale items refunds, returns and exchanges will not be accepted and sales are final so please choose carefully.
Due to hygiene laws jewellery, swimwear and intimates are all unable to be returned.
After we have received your item and confirmed it is in the condition described above, we will issue you with your choice of a store credit or refund of the purchase price. If you have purchased an item using a free shipping offer and returned it because you have changed your mind, we will deduct a $10 processing fee from your refund. Any items that are deemed to be damaged after leaving the store will not be eligible for a refund. If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then we will not accept your product for return.
